This motel is tolerable for an arrive late/leave early option. The staff on duty were kind and helpful, but the property wasn’t well maintained and the room wasn't clean (stains on carpet, wrapper from soap left empty on the bath sill). Bed was very comfy and I slept well. A good option for $70/night, but not a destination.

Brite clean bathroom but the sink was slow to drain. One outlet in Sleep area was overloaded with four plugs and therefore a nearby lamp was not able to be plugged in. The microwave stand needs to be replaced along with the upholstered chair. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Would have gotten almost all 5 stars if they had taken the time to plow or shovel the parking lot as people left. Had to walk through 4 - 6 inches of snow to get in and out of the car with my stuff. That's hard for a 67 year old woman with arthritis. Staff was especially helpful once inside. Very pleasant which is why I chose to stay there on my return trip home. Will stay there again.

Went for a FSU football game. Easy parking w/ a spot for veterans. Conveniently located within walking distance of fast food restaurants, Dollar General, spirits. Nice location close to FSU.

The microwave was dirty, the clock wouldn’t set, breakfast is waffles, toast, yogurt, coffee and juice. Pretty nice hotel beside the points I just made. Little noisy from cars, can hear some people. The staff is really nice. Nice beds. AC works.

Nice clean rooms and good condition but there's no USB or even electric plugs in the room available to charge your stuff. Hallway could use some cleaning along with the lobby but still looked okay. Nice guy at the front counter.

Good value through second party website. Hotel was slightly dated and in need of minor repairs. Only one towel in room 306 and hair dryer not working. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was just fair. I would still stay here again due to the value.

We walked into the lobby smelling of weed Walked down the nonsmoking hall all you smelled was smoke and weed Got to our room it was scraped up Walked into a room smelling of weed and cleaner. We walked right out and gave the front desk our key and left . Walked outside dumpster overflowing with trash

The photos advertised are NOT the actual photos of the room. Super gross. Glad I put the latch on the door because someone came a knocking. Peephole had tissue stuffed in it. People in parking lot were noisy. The bathroom was definitely worse. Place should be destroyed and rebuilt.
