“I booked a double for my wife & I, I also booked a twin for my grown up kids. The double bed was the smallest hotel "double" bed I've ever seen. Turns out only my daughter could make the trip, so we switched rooms. The twin room was a good size but the single beds were also very narrow...having said that, all beds were quite comfortable. Room 3 (double) was too warm for a rainy & cool early Sept day. Room 22 was ok. I think the early check-in charge is ridiculous....Why charge £25 if the room...

“The room itself was spacious and clean. The pub was great loads of drink selection and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Our only negative was weather related. The fan in the room didn't help with the heat at all. We had to keep the window open to try and cool the room. On the Saturday it was fine, however on the Friday the noise went on until around 1am from the pub garden. “We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally.
