It’s an older hotel. Unfortunately, they still have carpets in the rooms. Mine had a stain and baseboards were full of dust. Location was great getting to the top bar and restaurant and pool is quite a navigation.

Favorite place to stay in Culiacan

Best hotel in Culiacan

I love this hotel! The staff is amazing and competent and extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet is filled with an assortment of foods and tasty. I did have issues this time with a shower dripping but it did not ruin the trip.

The blankets were dirty, they were blood stains or something, i asked for a different room and she was nice and quick to do it but the next one the blan didn't look very clen either, i assumed they just don't wash the stuff and reuse them, but we were just too tired to find something else, luckily we had our own blankets but still, was disgusting sleeping on a dirty bed where who knows who slept there before me

Check in took an hour and I had to wait in the hot lobby. The phones didn't work so I couldn't order room service unless I went to the lobby which was a big hassle. The hairdryer didn't work. Shower had luke warm water never comfortable. The grounds by the pool was beautiful. The beds were cozy. The area around did not have any dining or shopping options within walking distance.
