“We loved the features throughout the building. The beams, low ceilings, uneven floors...really kept the character of the building. Rooms were nice albeit a bit strange having the shower in the room and not in the ensuite but good use if available space given grade 2 listed building regulations.”

The Red Lion was simply magnificent, the welcome super, pub ambiance super friendly all in all we will be attending and revisiting again The Red Lion is tucked away, just follow the sign as the place does ooz quality, has its own history which is fascinating its just great. “Hotel agradable con un pub de buena cocina (aunque no barato). La habitación es muy cómoda y está en buen estado, el baño también muy limpio y nuevo. Insonorización mala respecto a la habitación de al lado pero lo normal en hoteles de éste tipo. Un par de notas importantes: -Nuestra visita fue en noviembre y sí se puede aparcar en el propio hotel, por lo que leo en otras estaciones hay que aparcar fuera. -El desayuno incluido es frio aunque muy suficiente (pan de calidad, yogur, muesli,...
