Os recepcionistas são prestativos e ajudaram com as malas! Pedidos de talheres e pratos foram prontamente atendidos! Disponibilizaram berço para o bebê sem custo extra! Atendimento é excelente! Café da manhã bom, mas abaixo do que era antes da pandemia, mas dentro do esperado dado a baixa ocupação!

Em geral é um bom hotel, com bom custo benefício, só que pecou em algumas coisas... No quarto a roupa de cama estava com marcas de uso nas fronhas e Lençóis. Os atendentes prontamente resolveram e fizeram as devidas trocas. A luz principal do banheiro estava queimada.. No quarto não tem cortina com breakout, 5hs a claridade já estava forte, fora tbem a acústica do quarto que é ruim.

Equipe muito simpatico e atenciosa. Parabéns. Único problema foi que o ar condicionado do ap 206 estava deficient. O empregado foi verificar, limpou o filtro, mas pouco melhorou. Pelo jeito era mesmo falta de gás. Isso iria ser verificado pela equipe de manutenção após minha saída. Se acertaram mesmo, ótimo. Logicamente, voltando a Cuiaba, MT, não vejo por que não me hospedar aqui novamente.
