Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order a meal or sit in the restaurant. The same cigarette butt remained on the floor to the entrance of the property for 3 days.

Passei o final de semana nessa pousada e, sinceramente, foi uma experiência incrível! 🌿✨ O lugar é super aconchegante, bem cuidado e com uma vibe tranquila que dá pra desligar totalmente da correria. O atendimento foi outro ponto forte. Equipe atenciosa, educada e sempre disposta a ajudar. O quarto estava impecável, limpo, confortável e com tudo funcionando certinho. Sem falar na paz do ambiente, perfeito pra descansar de verdade. Café da manhã bem servido, com opções gostosas e frescas. A equipe excelente, o único problema que a Hotéis na hora de divulgar a acomodação colocou QUARTO QUÁDRUPLO PREMIUM - DOIS QUARTOS e para minha surpresa apenas um quarto ficamos todos juntos no mesmo ambiente,,, reclamei para Monica e ela disse que o erro foi da Hotéis e, pq o certo é que essa categoria eles possuem 2 unidades
