Decepcionado. Não se impressione com a recepção. Apesar da equipe gentil na recepção, o resto não foi nada bom. O quarto (712) é muito antigo e nunca foi reformado. O chão estava sujo. E o pior, o banheiro muito sujo, com tufos de cabelo no ralo. A água do box vazava. A água do sifão da pia também vazava. O banheiro ficava todo molhado. Na recepção, havia um goteira enorme e a máquina de café na funciona.

Achei o hotel muito bom , apenas algumas observações: o serviço de quarto não é muito bom não , foram duas noites que não consegui fazer pedido . Na minha chegada , não achei a recepcionista muito amigável , contrário a todo staff . E uma última observação, o hotel não parcela as estadias , mesmo se tratando de 7 diárias . Credito em uma vez ou débito apenas . Mas o café da manhã é excelente , a limpeza maravilhosa , os quartos bastante confortáveis.
