A nice hotel, friendly staff, adjacent to a shopping mall, close to the airport but very quiet, a very efficient transfer service to to pick me up from the airport. But what really stands out is the amazing swimming pool. One of the best pools I encountered at a hotel for swimming laps! I can definately recommend this hotel.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the room was simple. The outside was absolutely gorgeous! So many photo ops inside the lobby area and outside. There was a beautiful pool, the most adorable slide, swing, and spinning toy for the kids. The landscaping is so tropical. The staff was extremely friendly. There was a woman at the front desk that helped us find a fresh flower shop to buy gifts for our family that had been showing us around all week. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Can’t say enough good things. Also our hair dryer in the room didn’t work. They gave us an even better one from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked a suite as it had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately no one had cleaned it after the previous occupants so that was unusable. There is a large satellite dish outside, but only two tv channels available and one of those was a shopping channel. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There are well maintained gardens and pool area. There was some very loud music across the road which was not insulated by the single glaze windows. Fortunately, this stopped by 10pm. If it hadn't been for the dirty jacuzzi, I would have been very happy here, but since I couldn't use it I may as well have had the cheaper room.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport. There was a free hourly shuttle to the airport. It is light and airy, with a nice garden and swimming pool. The room was spacious and bed comfortable.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The location is great but the maintenance is terrible. Main reason I got this hotel was because of the pool, they have a beautiful pool and yard but they don’t clean the pool. I stayed 11 days, it was 100°F everyday and I couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was very dirty, I asked about it and they say it was ok to enter the disgusting green water in the pool! Seriously, hire a professional to clean the pool. The rooms are ok but don’t expect to sleep in because the cleaning crew starts rolling their carts at 7am.. I didn’t mind though, but not able to use the pool during my 11 days there it’s outrageous!

We stayed here on two occasions, each time for one night. I was shocked at reception each time - not a single smile and I felt to be an inconvenience. In fact on the first occasion the receptionist served everyone else before me, even breaking off my check-in to serve someone else. I was handed the key and had no idea where to go - eventually I was pointed in a vague direction. It does not matter that no English is spoken - a smile goes a long way. On the first occasion I do go to the bar and the attendant there was lovely. Also no English but we got along fine with my Portuguese and A translation app. We had dinner at the hotel which was not very good. The best thing about the place is the chandelier in a huge hall that is basically unused!

Escolhi este hotel acreditando que receberia um serviço compatível com sua categoria e valor, mas a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado. No check-in, fomos informados de que a piscina estava suja e que a limpeza havia começado no domingo. Hoje é terça-feira e a piscina continua indisponível. Um dos principais motivos da minha escolha foi justamente poder aproveitar alguns momentos de descanso na piscina, o que não foi possível. As amenidades do quarto também decepcionam. O hotel oferece apenas pequenos sabonetes em barra, algo muito simples para um estabelecimento desse padrão. Além disso, o ar-condicionado possui uma luz muito forte que permanece acesa durante toda a noite, sem opção de desligá-la pelo controle remoto. Tivemos que improvisar, cobrindo o aparelho com um pano para conseguir dormir. Outro ponto negativo foi a quantidade de travesseiros: apenas um por pessoa, o que considero insuficiente para um hotel dessa categoria. Reservamos dois quartos (um para duas pessoas e outro para três), porém cada quarto recebeu apenas um cartão-chave. Ao solicitar uma chave adicional, fomos informados de que não havia disponibilidade. Isso gera transtornos desnecessários, pois obriga os hóspedes a dependerem uns dos outros para entrar no quarto ou a permanecer esperando. No geral, o hotel entrega muito menos do que cobra. Embora os funcionários tenham sido educados, a estrutura, as comodidades e a organização não correspondem ao padrão esperado para um hotel dessa faixa

Estava tudo muito empoeirado inclusive dentro dos quartos, banheiro com marca de mofo e cafe da manha com poucas opções . esperava mais pelo preço. Na recepção disseram que estavam em obra, mas, o problema vai além. Já que os quartos e banheiros estavam sujos. Nao so a area externa.
