Café da manhã ficou a desejar. Sem opção saudável, integral, sem açúcar e sem lactose. Tinha frutas passadas. Sem variedade. As Janelas dos quartos não são acústicas. Não veda o vento gelado de madrugada nos dias frios. Frigobar estava sujo e a limpeza do banheiro estava bem superficial. Infelizmente as avaliações não são boas.

A cama de "casal" são dois colchoes de solteiro. O travesseiro é muito fino e quando solicitei outro travesseiro na recepção, às 19h, eles ficaram de levar e apesar de ir pessoalmente à recepção as 22h e ligar as 23h a resposta foi sempre a mesma, eles estavam muito ocupados para levar e como esperado, não levaram. Péssima experiência.

Simplesmente Horrível.

O hotel não condiz com as indicações do site e das avaliações, não fornecem toalha de rosto, camas com molas totalmente desconfortáveis, sem opções de alimentação próxima, sem tv a cabo, apenas canais abertos, café da manhã de básico para fraco, sem muitas opções, chuveiro elétrico e com saídas de agua entupidas, restaurante pequeno para o tamanho do hotel gerando confusão e desconforto para os hospedes, ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Não recomendo.
