The decor was amazing. Full flat with kitchen, living and bedroom. Lovely patio outside with plenty of privacy. Somewhat secluded, but we enjoyed that.

Two day break from hotels. Fantastic rest stop, so able to do laundry and eat in Kilkenny town. Host Mel has a set a high standard of decor n amenities too. Definitely a 10 score

This Ballybur is great. Gated, safe,quiet, clean, washer dryer a big big plus. Your own apartment on a long journey. Mel and Mark are great Host. We even shared a ride into Kilkenny to see a concert with them. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 weeks. We loved it! If you have never driven in Ireland, I recommend staying off the roads that start with an R as much as possible. This place has two ways in and out of for sight seeing. When you exit the gate, turn left. Best way to go anywhere. The place is quiet, and very comfortable! Mel, the owner was amazing and very quick to answer questions and tend to our needs. This place has everything, so not much was needed. Shopping is less than 4 miles away. Food and Kilkenny, are not much farther. The shower in Mews 1, is the best shower we have ever had in a Vrbo! When we were not traveling, it was amazing to sit outside on the couches and relax. Many nights we played cards with drinks. Peaceful and quiet! The black cat is very friendly! It has an old cottage look and feel to it. We loved it! In Kilkenny, we recommend Mat the Millers for food and drinks! The fish and chips and Guinness stew were our favorites! You will not leave hungry. We also recommend Ryan’s bar! It’s a fun place with live music . Lots to see and do in the area. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us Mel!

An outstanding property! Quite possibly one of the most amazing places we've ever stayed. It's absolutely gorgeous here! The owners have thought of literally everything and more! Do not hesitate, book Ballybur Lodge Mews! It's quite simply a stunning place to stay.
