Vacations Close To Niagara Cave

This was our second stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioner was effective at keeping the room cool. We have stayed at a fair number of budget hotels and this is among the best.

Superb location for our event at the olmsted county fairgrounds. Easy, convenient parking. Nice access to dining. Clean property, spacious room. The complimentary breakfast had a nice offering of both hot and cold items, and the staff were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Our 1st rm the air conditioner blew only warm air. Asked for a different rm, that air conditioner did the same. We had to sleep in almost 80°f. I was there for medical reasons and had to suffer through no air conditioning. Bathroom ceiling leaked all over the bathroom counter. We had to lay bath towels everywhere in the bathroom to catch the water coming from the ceiling. We complained/told the front desk and it was not really a concern for them. Will NOT ever stay here again!!!

We had a nice cozy apartment with a balcony and a great view. The location was good for Mayo Clinic visits. The down side was that the sofa and chair were filthy and smelly (like large wet dog). It made the stay unpleasant. Amenities were great with a nice common room, outdoor space, office space, gym, etc.
