The rooms were Nice and clean rustic feel has fans only. The humidity is high. No airconditioning. Could use a "mosqueteros" to avoid insects from going into the rooms as the windows are Open to cool rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was good.

Buena ubicación muy cercana a la plaza principal. El hotel es demasiado costoso por lo que ofrecen a cambio. Una habitación rústica, poco atractiva, para ver la TV debe uno conectar app propias, no tenía agua ni vasos, carece de amenidades, sólo ofrecen jabón, el baño con olor a humedad.

Muy atento el personal, me contactaron días antes para tener contacto y aproveché para solicitar informes de otras cosas a lo que me ayudaron con mi visita de vacaciones, sumamente atentos y muy serviciales, el que cuente con estacionamiento propio es de mucha ayuda y la ubicación es excelente, el hotel a pesar de estar a una cuadra del centro nunca se escuchó un solo ruido del exterior, sin duda alguna, de los mejores servicios que he tenido en un hotel

Fue un hotel que si cumplió con las expectativas, está muy céntrico y tiene estacionamiento, el baño no olía muy bien y a la salida, me cobraron una toalla y le dije a la empleada que revisara mis maletas, porque yo no acostumbro a hacer eso y me estaba ofendiendo. Las revisó y aún así me la cobró, tonta yo que la pagué y después me habló la gerente y pidió disculpas y me regresó el dinero, pero francamente, ya no regresaría a ese hotel nunca. me sentí muy mal todo el regreso a casa, cuando debería de haber regresado contenta.

El personal es muy atento. La habitación igual que en la foto, limpia. Deberían agregar ventiladores extra en las habitaciones - el día que fui hubo "ola de calor" y el cuarto se sentía demasiado caliente; había ventilador en el techo, pero es viejo y no tenía más velocidad.l, adicional a que la ventana del cuarto es pequeña y no tiene mosquitero para evitar el paso de los insectos (que había muchos en la noche).
