I'm giving this property five stars due to the helpful and kind people who worked here, the comfortable bed, the breakfast, and the property's overall aesthetic appeal. Overall the location is ideal. I will state that due to precaution in the area, this hotel was the best to stay as close to the historical center, in order to see Hernan Cortez's castle, and nearby good restaurants. I would caution anyone to go over 10 miles radius from this location. If you stay nearby, even at night you will due fine. There are good restaurants and bars within walking distance to this hotel.
As far as amenities, this hotel does not provide wash cloths, which I know Americans like. I personally went out to a city market and purchased a luffa sponge. The only other thing that this hotel doesn't provide, and it is an utter inconvenience is a hairdryer. None of the rooms here have a hair dryer, and I discovered (with wet hair) I had to visit the front desk who had the hair dryers under lock and key. I had no idea, but I guess this area considers hair dryers like i-Phones?
