Solid 5-star property in every way. Hotel and grounds are stunning. Spa is the best I have ever seen. Rooms are huge with sleeping area, living area with sofa and large outdoor veranda. This property grounds are manicured to perfection with a stunning variety of local plants. The restaurant is truly gourmet with both indoor and outdoor seating. With 70 years of history, this property is wonderful! Perhaps on of the best in Mexico.

Exceeded Expectations

Loved this place, will definitely go back! I was recommended this place by a person in Texas and it did not disappoint. Over exceeded my expectations. Front desk checked in to make sure we were still coming. Restaurant and bar stayed open even though we arrived a bit late due to flight delays. Hospitality was exceptional!

This is a true pradaise and it’s worth every penny you pay for it. The hotel, gardens and SPA are perfectly maintained. The rooms are beautiful and personnel are kind and efficient (Dulce and Karla at the front desk are excellent staff). Captain Gerardo is also very kind and efficient. We will definitively be back!!!!

Mexico City trip-las mañanitas

Service was great. Room was excellent and we got an upgrade for free which included a spa treatment which was very nice. We booked with breakfast included and the breakfast options offered were delicious. The room was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Could have used some better lighting and the coffee offering in the room was not to my liking, but then we are not into pods and that seems to be what all the hotels offer now. Overall an excellent stay, our best by far during our stay in Mexico where we stayed in 8 different hotels.

We love this property, and it never disappoints. The staff and accommodations were perfect for our large family get together over a 3 day stay. Was a little underwhelmed with our spa experience. Basic massage, notes on what I wanted worked on was not acknowledged so did not go back for second massage.

This is quite possibly the best hotel experience we've ever had. The grounds are beautiful, everything is immaculate, the service is personal and warm. The dining experience was wonderful, the food delicious and the house wine is very good. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar and its craft mezcal cocktails. We also took advantage of the pool area, which was well-attended with both food & beverage service and cleaning. It was the perfect place to relax. Next time we'll give the spa a try. Oh yes, and we loved the macaws and the peacocks/peahens. The room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had everything we needed. No matter when we set out the sign for housekeeping, it was always taken care of almost immediately. It was such an amazing stay. We can't wait to visit again.

I loved the personnel and their kindness, the place is great and the bed comfortable. On the downside I have a light sleep so even though the room has noise reduction windows, I could hear music from an adjacent event, as well as the peacocks early in the morning
