As always, the attention from all the staff is fantastic. They are all great. The rooms are comfy and have AC and ceiling fans. The food is good, but a bit expensive. The Sunday brunch is delicious. One of the pools is warm, very good for kids. It is my favorite property in Cuernavaca.

Beautiful place to be with the family, my partner and I enjoyed 2 days here to work from home office, the internet is good and it is also a beautiful place to go with the family, customer service of perfect quality, my boyfriend is from abroad and I love the place! Overall was a nice experience. The property is quiet and the pools are nice. The service was hit or miss. There are also very limited food options and SUPER expensive. You will end up paying here more than you would for an all-inclusive because they overcharge so much for food.

PRO's Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Food in resturant is good. Villas are spacious. 10-15 minute walk to Walmart. CONS In sever thunderstorm property lost electricity for a couple hours during my 3 night stay. Had to change Villa due to mold in bedroom. Miscommunication between front desk and taxi driver over cost of ride when front desk staff ordered me a taxi. If having front desk orders you a taxi make sure there is clear communication on the cost.

We booked the honeymoon suite with jacuzzi specifically as it came with the jacuzzi. When we arrived we were told that the jacuzzi would need cleaned before we could use it (why they didn't have this ready for our arrival I don't know?) So we went for dinner, came back and asked for the jacuzzi to be set up. We were then told we can't use this after 8pm, which defeats the purpose of us booking this room. After some back and forth they agreed to send a cleaner up to clean it out (it was so dirty) and we could only use it like a bath. The room was really old and basic. Looks better in the pictures. They charge for everything in the room ridiculous prices including a bottle of water. We never ate breakfast as they also charge ridiculous prices for that (600 pesos per person ) The swim up pool bar wasn't open during our stay. Overall it's highly overpriced and was disappointing. The valet parking service was good.

My daughter loved the pool where she could stand up. She spend all day there. The little bar next to the pool was really good. We were able to relax and not to think about food or drinks. Just order it and we had it there (breakfast to). Overall very nice experience

Its a lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. Immaculately clean and a great pool. One of our rooms had a private spa pool which was warm with jets. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. Last night it rained like the bible and in the morning the grounds still looked pristine. A wonderful hotel.
