As always, the attention from all the staff is fantastic. They are all great. The rooms are comfy and have AC and ceiling fans. The food is good, but a bit expensive. The Sunday brunch is delicious. One of the pools is warm, very good for kids. It is my favorite property in Cuernavaca.

Personal muy educado,la habitación amplia peeero las cortinas no cubren nada la luz del sol,se escucha todo el ruido,la habitación nada moderna solo la TV,las repisas son de vidrio y preocupa que se caigan. Ojalá remodelen pues el hotel subiría de nivel.

PRO's Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Food in resturant is good. Villas are spacious. 10-15 minute walk to Walmart. CONS In sever thunderstorm property lost electricity for a couple hours during my 3 night stay. Had to change Villa due to mold in bedroom. Miscommunication between front desk and taxi driver over cost of ride when front desk staff ordered me a taxi. If having front desk orders you a taxi make sure there is clear communication on the cost.

Es un hotel muy bonito , aunque ya tiene sus años. En sus buenos tiempos ha de haber estado excelente. Está muy bien cuidado pero aún así el paso de los años se nota. Una remodelación en algunas áreas como en escaleras y queda excelente En mi habitación había un tapete, que en sus buenos tiempos tenía un dibujo, ahora ese dibujo no se ve. Its a lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. Immaculately clean and a great pool. One of our rooms had a private spa pool which was warm with jets. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. Last night it rained like the bible and in the morning the grounds still looked pristine. A wonderful hotel.

En general todo muy bien, solo algunos detalles en las instalaciones que podrían darles mantenimiento, y un detalle que tuvimos fue que hicieron unas reparaciones en el edificio donde estábamos y a las 8 de la mañana comenzaron a hacer demasiado ruido, pero en general todo bien

Todo estuvo muy bien en términos generales La comida sigue siendo muy buena y muy rica Aspectos a mejorar, no hay necesidad de que la persona que apoya con el aseo de las habitaciones pase a tocar la puerta temprano preguntando si se ofrece algo (nos despertó), uno va a descansar y eso no está bien, si el huésped requiere algo seguro lo pedirá a recepción. El servicio de bar en la alberca debe mejorar, el huésped tenía que estar yendo a pedir, no había servicio a la mesa o en los camastros, creo que deberían revisar el Precio del tequila don Julio 70, $305 cada copa es un exceso. El pianista el viernes por la noche estuvo fabuloso, de lo mejor que he escuchado. Como aspecto a mejorar, en la segunda mitad, cuando se hace acompañar por un tecladista, el volumen del acompañamiento es bastante alto, no se disfruta, seria bueno que se le haga saber al tecladista que no por subir el volumen sonará mejor, al contrario eso demeritó lo extraordinario que cantaba el pianista

Bueno pero puede mejorar

El hotel está bastante bonito pero se siente un poco viejo en algunas instalaciones, en la habitación no llegaba el wifi y el de servicio dijo que era porque estaba muy lejos del módem, podría ayudar tener un expansor de señal, al llegar la habitación no estaba lista y tomamos una sesión de spa que estuvo bastante bien pero al volver al lobby nos asignaron otra habitación que ya les había dicho que no quería, por eso esperamos en el spa. Ordenamos comida en el room service y me hizo bastante daño, tuve diarrea y en la mañana a primera hora pedí un DiDi con medicamento ya que en el hotel no cuentan con nada de servicio médico, sin embargo no querían dejar pasar al chico y querían que bajara al lobby, el problema es que al estar enfermo no podía y esto retrasó la entrega del medicamento. Nos dieron chance de hacer check out un poco más tarde por eso para poder disfrutar un poco más la estancia después del incidente pero al irnos empezó un aguacero y el valet trajo el coche con las ventanas abiertas y el coche se mojó todo, sería cosa de cuidar esos detalles que opacaron un poco la estadía
