Its a lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. Immaculately clean and a great pool. One of our rooms had a private spa pool which was warm with jets. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. Last night it rained like the bible and in the morning the grounds still looked pristine. A wonderful hotel.

As always, the attention from all the staff is fantastic. They are all great. The rooms are comfy and have AC and ceiling fans. The food is good, but a bit expensive. The Sunday brunch is delicious. One of the pools is warm, very good for kids. It is my favorite property in Cuernavaca.

Beautiful place to be with the family, my partner and I enjoyed 2 days here to work from home office, the internet is good and it is also a beautiful place to go with the family, customer service of perfect quality, my boyfriend is from abroad and I love the place! Overall was a nice experience. The property is quiet and the pools are nice. The service was hit or miss. There are also very limited food options and SUPER expensive. You will end up paying here more than you would for an all-inclusive because they overcharge so much for food.

We booked the honeymoon suite with jacuzzi specifically as it came with the jacuzzi. When we arrived we were told that the jacuzzi would need cleaned before we could use it (why they didn't have this ready for our arrival I don't know?) So we went for dinner, came back and asked for the jacuzzi to be set up. We were then told we can't use this after 8pm, which defeats the purpose of us booking this room. After some back and forth they agreed to send a cleaner up to clean it out (it was so dirty) and we could only use it like a bath. The room was really old and basic. Looks better in the pictures. They charge for everything in the room ridiculous prices including a bottle of water. We never ate breakfast as they also charge ridiculous prices for that (600 pesos per person ) The swim up pool bar wasn't open during our stay. Overall it's highly overpriced and was disappointing. The valet parking service was good.

Buena atención por parte del personal pero faltó limpieza en albercas y no están climatizadas ambas solo una, falta una remodelación está algo descuidado el hotel sobre todo el jacuzzi, fuera de eso todo ok.

Es un hotel muy bonito , aunque ya tiene sus años. En sus buenos tiempos ha de haber estado excelente. Está muy bien cuidado pero aún así el paso de los años se nota. Una remodelación en algunas áreas como en escaleras y queda excelente En mi habitación había un tapete, que en sus buenos tiempos tenía un dibujo, ahora ese dibujo no se ve. En general todo muy bien, solo algunos detalles en las instalaciones que podrían darles mantenimiento, y un detalle que tuvimos fue que hicieron unas reparaciones en el edificio donde estábamos y a las 8 de la mañana comenzaron a hacer demasiado ruido, pero en general todo bien

Todo estuvo muy bien en términos generales La comida sigue siendo muy buena y muy rica Aspectos a mejorar, no hay necesidad de que la persona que apoya con el aseo de las habitaciones pase a tocar la puerta temprano preguntando si se ofrece algo (nos despertó), uno va a descansar y eso no está bien, si el huésped requiere algo seguro lo pedirá a recepción. El servicio de bar en la alberca debe mejorar, el huésped tenía que estar yendo a pedir, no había servicio a la mesa o en los camastros, creo que deberían revisar el Precio del tequila don Julio 70, $305 cada copa es un exceso. El pianista el viernes por la noche estuvo fabuloso, de lo mejor que he escuchado. Como aspecto a mejorar, en la segunda mitad, cuando se hace acompañar por un tecladista, el volumen del acompañamiento es bastante alto, no se disfruta, seria bueno que se le haga saber al tecladista que no por subir el volumen sonará mejor, al contrario eso demeritó lo extraordinario que cantaba el pianista
