Hotel & Spa Hacienda de Cortés is a true gem, offering an unforgettable experience with its combination of history and. We were welcomed by a courteous and professional staff. The room was not only comfortable but impeccably clean. The beautiful gardens added to a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was an ideal spot to relax.We had a wonderful time.

Recepción, estacionamiento,restaurante, alberca y spa muy buena atención por parte de todos, los jardineros nos explicaron de los árboles que tenían, el valet nos dio un pequeño recorrido con explicación de la hacienda, todos con mucha amabilidad y respeto, el lugar con mucha paz y vegetación que nos hicieron relajarnos en todo momento, aunque la entrega de la habitación fue casi a las 4 pm, valió la pena

El hotel es realmente bonito. Vale la pena ir solo a verlo. Todo estuvo increíble. El único . Que le quitó es que había una boda y la música estaba muy alta y es escuchaba hasta la habitación un poco molesto y hasta tarde. Yo tengo sueño ligero, pero mi esposa e hijos pudieron dormir perfecto. Vale mucho la pena.

Me gusto mucho la habitacion que tiene aire acondicionado, la cantidad de arboles que tiene y la comida muy rica, lo unico que no me agrado del todo es que por lo mismo que hay mucha vegetacion en la noche en el baño se meten insectos.

Me dejaron a la intemperie mi auto y todo se llenó de hojas y se briseo tuvieron que lavarlo dos veces en menos de cuatro días tuve q pagar la lavada y ahora tengo que llevarlo a pulir y encerar , la alberca pequeña, en una cena me mandaron la cuenta de una sola cantidad que porque no tenían impresoras y no pude checar el desglose
