Estuvimos alojados del 29 Dic del 2025 al 1ro de Enero. La instalación en general así como la habitación están estructuralmente muy deterioradas y sucias .Luminaria de la habitación sucia con bombillo débil. La instalación eléctrica esta' expuesta con falta de estética y seguridad .Todo el mobiliario está sucio y empolvado. Ropa de cama y toallas muy desgastadas y percudidas ,obligándonos salir a comprar estos productos. Piscina inutilizable por falta de higiene y acondicionamiento .No efectúan limpieza diaria de las habitaciones ,a insistencia nuestra sacaron la basura un dia. Otro día limpiaron porque por deterioro del sistema hidráulico de otra habitación se inundó la nuestra con perjuicio evidente de nuestros equipajes. No existe closet ni colgadores de ropa. Presencia de desconchados el paredes de habitación y muy sucias, asi como en el techo. Balcón invadido por malas hierbas sucio, despintado y en abandono en estado de semiconstrucción. Cortinas sucias y al 70% de su cobertura .Baño con techo enmohecido, lavamanos mal situado( sobre el murete de la ducha)y sin espejo. El sistema de calor/ frio de las instalaciones hidrosanitarias está invertidas y no están canalizadas internamente en la pared ,estando por fuera de la misma. Mal olor y sensación de humedad en la habitación. Mando del televisor esta' desgastado por uso y no se identifican las teclas. Es un total engaño las fotos que promueven en la página de Expedia ante las fotos reales que tomamos nosotros.

No hubo toallas ni jabones y el servicio de la personas del turno en la noche fue muy desagradable. El olor del caño del baño era tremendo en todo el cuarto (num de cuarto 9) y por último, no había conexiones para cargar los teléfonos celulares en el cuarto.

El hotel se está cayendo. No tenía nada de lo que dice la página. No tenía agua en mi baño y mi ventilador no servía. Las toallas y sábanas estaban rotas. Decía q el check in era a las 12 y me hicieron esperar hasta las 3 pero el check out si fue a las doce. Todo mal pero ya no pude conseguir otro hotel porque era semana de vacaciones.

Al llegar al lugar no tenía disponibilidad ya que el dueño jamás actualizó sus habitaciones disponibles.
