Trip to Cuernavaca

I went to Cuernavaca for an event. Someone recomended Aristos Hotel because it was near the event. The hotel is very beautiful but needs to have a renovation. The spaces, the service is excelent but the rooms are very old. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and the personel was very friendly.

Just one fault, but one with a great impact.

Our only complaint of any relevance is the Sunday buffet, which does not have the quality and freshness of the a la carte menu; it costs twice as much, you have to pay in advance, it has no variety and there is poor temperature management. It lacks flavor and variety, it is overcooked or worse, it is not restocked; the service is average, it is simply not worth the price, and there are no alternatives if you don't want the buffet.
