This is 100% the best hotel in the historical area of Cuenca. They have amazing staff working at all times and delicious food that rotates in the morning. The views are also the best, as the building is directly across from the Cathedral.

The best part of this hotel is the location and the staff. The Customer Service service is wonderful. The location is right behind the cathedral so it’s right in the midst of el centro histórico. The breakfast is wonderful with a lot if selection. The downside is the noise. I requested a room change after night 1 because if you’re on the atreet aide, thw windows are not double paned so you hear everything. And they have a lounge on the 7th floor open to the public so there’s noisey people at times.

My stay at Vienna International was incredibly pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt safe exploring the old town, and the location was conveniently close to everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond to guide me on tours to take, provide safety tips after hours, and even walk me to the front to ensure I got into the right car. Definitely recommend this place.

The best part of the hotel was how caring and kind of the staff were during the stay. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that you were comfortable. The Hotel is quaint with modern upgrades, and an amazing rooftop restaurant. The only thing you need to be prepared for is the loud ringing of the church bells early in the morning and the noise from the street, which is inevitable, given how centrally located the hotel is. Otherwise, a great value stay.
