The building was awesome, inside and outside very well maintained. The breakfast delicious, great customer service. My room was comfortable and from the 3rd floor the view was amazing!!!

Excellent location within easy walking distance of many Cuenca highlights. A hearty breakfast is included with scrambled and hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, toast and jam… “Self-parking available” means they do NOT have parking for hotel guests but can recommend a separate-fee secure off-site parking facility seven blocks away. Beds were ok and temperatures inside the building were well-moderated (Cuenca is cold at night and almost nobody has central heat; the building structure was what provided shelter from the cold). I had not a trace of hot water at 06:30 am but another guest had hot water later in the morning.

The hotel is close to everything. You can walk around and enjoy the cafes. There is a variety of restaurants that offer from pizza to sushi. And of course your traditional Ecuadorean food.

The hotel was closed, The hotel was a total scam; I couldn't stay there because it was closed and padlocked from the outside. I had to make a new reservation through the Orbitz website. It was a very unpleasant experience to discover that it was a scam.

Estaba sucio el baño, me pusieron toallas sucias, una noche no pude dormir había gente tomando y fumando afuera de la habitación, nadie hizo nada y no les importó no siquiera me ofrecieron una disculpa o me devolvieron el dinero de la última noche, terrible la atención, el lobby el suelo está sucio 🙈🙈
