Excellent location. Less than a half block away from plaza principal. The staff at the front desk were not very polite. Our check in time was 3pm, room was not ready. They stated it would be about another hour or so, and that they would call when room was ready. Never called. We went to have lunch and came back at 5pm but not sure when room actually became available.

Las instalaciones excelentes, la comida del restaurante riquísima y buena variedad relación costo - calidad, todo el personal muy amable, salvo la primer mesera que nos tocó que no estaba siendo amable, pero el mismo personal lo detecto y nos cambiaron. Un punto a considerar es que durante mi estancia nos intoxicamos mi esposa y yo con una cena (cabe recalcar que era de otro restaurante) pero sería bueno que el hotel cuente con un botiquín básico o con opciones para recomendar en caso de necesitar un doctor o una clínica cercana, ya que tuvimos que esperar hasta el amanecer para encontrar algo para aliviar el malestar, fuera de ahi, la estancia fue perfecta.
