The service at the hotel was excellent, and we truly appreciated the staff’s attention. However, one downside was the noise at night. It seemed like the ceilings or walls weren’t well insulated, as we were often woken up by sounds of people walking above us or the wind rattling the doors and windows.

The outside of the property where the pool area is was the best part. The property is gorgeous from the outside. Plus its surrounded by mountains! However, our first room smelled of sewage water, the tv didnt work and sheets were dirty. After one night that staff changed our rooms and the second one was much better but we noticed they had a drainage issue and their cable was out. I think the worse part is the pool was insanely cold, which the maintenance person said ots always like that and not many get it. So youre just paying for the pretty view and a bed. But, it was worth it and the town is gorgeous.

No lo recomiendo – Mala experiencia en general Mi estancia en esta hacienda en Cuatrociénegas fue decepcionante. Solicité una plancha para ropa y nunca recibí confirmación ni respuesta, por lo que tuve que prescindir de ella. El baño tenía la luz fundida, lo que nos obligó a usarlo completamente a oscuras. Además, no salía agua caliente, lo cual es un problema serio para cualquier hospedaje. Éramos cinco personas y no había almohadas suficientes para todos, algo básico que se espera cuando se reserva para ese número de huéspedes. Lo más preocupante fue encontrar más de 15 insectos muertos (entre grillos y cucarachas) en el piso de la habitación. Esto genera desconfianza sobre la limpieza general del lugar, incluyendo sábanas, toallas y almohadas. No vale la pena en relación costo-beneficio. Hay mejores opciones en la zona por el mismo precio o incluso menos.

La estancia fue buena, único punto negativo fue que los ruidos de otras habitaciones llegan con facilidad a cada cuarto. La limpieza muy bien, la alberca y amenidades también muy bien.

Enero no es la fecha óptima para visitar Cuatro Cienegas. El clima estaba seco y con bastante viento, además de que habían pocas actividades a realizar. El hotel no se veía nada como en las imágenes provistas en expedía, posiblemente por condiciones climatologías (vegetación seca) y de mantenimiento (área de camastros y alberca no disponibles por reparación). En la habitación no había agua caliente, el personal trató de repararlo pero el boiler no funcionó). Después de aproximadamente dos horas de batallar nos ofrecieron usar el baño de otra recámara, pero ya nos habíamos bañado todos con agua fría. En general mala experiencia, no lo repetiría.
