The staff were extremely helpful especially when I had my money stolen from another beach location. Excellent food in the restaurant and beautiful location and layout of the complex. Very handy for the beach and a beach bar next door at Sandy Point beach club. Downside- no wifi in my room which caused me problems with contacting various people or organizations. Also to have the tv remote for the room costs an extra 100 ttd which seems unfair. No entertainment but you can go to the Sandy Point beach club next door!

The loft was nice and clean. Good area to stay as it is close to airport and night life. The property itself is pretty old and outdated including the restaurant. The pool and admenities needs improving. Overall, average rating.

This is the perfect place for me as I was looking for somewhere quiet, clean, private beach and within walking distance to small restaurants and the airport. This is a small family run place and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool is very good and near Olympic size. The beach is lovely and within a couple of minutes from my room. However it is not suitable for swimming. The nearest beach for swimming is at Store Bay (10mins walk). The room is very roomy and clean but don’t expect luxury. I would definitely come back again.

We liked the pool, convenient to walk to the beach, restaurant and bar on property but very expensive. Housekeeping was exponentially good. Down fall the toliet did not flush good had to flush many times in a row. The economy loft what Expedia recommended was not satisfying as it does not come with any wifi services so we had to update to another room.

The staff was really rude and dont help at all. We asked for towels as none was in the room and it was a big fuss about it. If you stay in the economy cabin be prepare to DONT have a microwave.

This place is a dump. No wifi and was told that they have. Bathroom clogged and nothing was done about it The refrigerator was not working The telephone in the room was not working. Was served an expired beer from the restaurant Cupboard doors cannot slide to open or close. There was no tv remote for the television downstairs. With the tv upstairs a remote was present but only showed 1 channel. No hot water in the face basin. Room door lock was falling off. Shower head looks like it was never cleaned as only a few holes streamed water. The place had a general look like it was abandoned and many areas of the compound had broken chairs, railing, etc Not sure why this place is up for people to choose

The management was unavailable for the entire stay. Reception staff was not accommodating. Staff left at 10PM. The phones in the room dont work. The security latch on the door does not work. I found someone in my appartment and no report was taken. Management never spoke to me. They said that i could do late checkout then change their mind after I made arrangements. Ishmael was really nice. Manager Ms Small came around 7 and apparently left the same time because she was never available to speak with me. I paid extra to get internet, accepted the room near the trash but only got 5 stations no news. The reception complains that they are not suposed to leave their station but there is seldom anyone to help out. Please contact me anytime to authenticate my review.

This isn’t a resort to refer any guest. The place is in a state of disrepair. Spent the first night in a room that felt unclean. The bathroom was despicable. The room very dark and I inviting. I slept very uncomfortable. The next day staff member came to room inquire if room was comfortable, I replied in the negative. We were placed in another room somewhat improved. Overall the stay wasn’t good. I would not recommend this hotel .

Most of the staff were nice. The restaurant was great- good food and reasonable prices. The pool was also wonderful. However, housekeeping did not change the towels. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and we got pool towels (one of which had a hole). The bed contained two flimsy blankets - not a nice comforter like what you would have expected. The shower was disappointing. Overall not terrible for the price but it’s better to spend extra and stay somewhere else.

The location is great walking distance beach, stores etc... BUT no wifi at all in the rooms is a huge negative, you have to go by the pool area. Also had to leave a $100TT for the remote and you have to go to the front to borrow an iron very inconvient

Firstly, there were ants in my room and when I spoke to housekeeping, she told me to “dust if off” and it’s “no big deal”. I had to ask for the remote for the television and the front desk employee who I disturbed while she was on her phone playing a game told me I was suppose to get it when I checked in. The staff at the restaurant were more preoccupied doing whatever when I came for breakfast until I had to tell them that I would like to seated. More irons are needed and it is clear that the owner does not take pride in his facilities, poor signage and staircases look dirty and untreated.
