I loved my stay at Kariwak and will definitely be returning! The staff were all extremely kind and attentive and I felt very well looked after during my entire stay. I feel the value for money is excellent. The grounds are so beautiful and it is truly a joy waking up there every day to the calming sounds of birds chirping.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt like a peaceful nature resort. Breakfast was exceptional—very tasty and clearly made with fresh, local ingredients—and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. We’ve been staying at the Kariwak since 1993. Not much has changed. It still has a plethora of birds and tropical flowers, the staff is still amazing and the rooms are still clean. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you but it’s beautiful just the same. We still love everything about it 32 years later.

This is our second time at Kariwak and we really love it. This time we visited for the hokidays and New Year. Basically you are staying in a small private botanic garden waking up to the sound of the next door, rooster, numerous birds singing,, with morning yoga and delicious included breakfast. The staff is amazing. The beach is walkable but there is also a shuttle. The resort is close to the main strip in Crown Point for bars and restaurants but Kariwak has an excellent chef and dinner is delicious. This will be our place in Tobago every time we visit. Til next time.

The stay at Kariwak was perfect. The staff is amazing! They accommodated our early check in and late check out due to the ferry schedule. It was a perfect location for the beautiful beaches. The morning yoga was amazing. All around, 5 stars.

This is a wonderful property with the most amazing staff. We’ve been coming here for over thirty years and it’s still as clean and beautiful as the first time. The property had beautiful grounds where one could sit in a hammock and relax. The pool was clean and refreshing. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping came by every day. The air conditioner in the room was often very noisy so I had to wear ear plugs to sleep sometimes. The free shuttle to Pigeon Point Beach was wonderful. Store Beach which is walking distance from the hotel was very narrow. There was not much room for people to sit on the beach.

Love the outdoor amenities, like the waterfall, hammocks, and the beautiful garden. However, the rooms need televisions and microwaves. When one has children, a TV would help with entertainment.
