However, the restaurant staff is extremely unprofessional, with very poor attitude and little respect for tourists. The rooms are spacious, but the mattresses, pillows, and sheets are very uncomfortable and truly need an update

Crown Point Positive Experience

Great location, great food and very friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and access to the beach was easy. The convenience store next to the hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel location made it easy access to the airport and no issues getting a taxi. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The doors in the room were not safe. I stayed in The cabanas that had the same lock my bathroom door at home had. So as a woman staying by herself I didn’t feel safe at all. But when I shared this they did move me to inside the hotel area which was a bit better. Loved the place and the location but the safety issue was a real concern. Overall the place could do with a bit of an update. The cabanas were updated though. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

You cannot beat the location/grounds/views of this property. Store Bay is wonderful. Close proximity to Pigeon Point which is one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The restaurant is very good and reasonable. Ask for one of their renovated rooms - they are great!

I have stayed at this property several times, primarily because of its location. It is conveniently located within a short walk from the airport and steps away from the beach and food places. The room that I received on this trip seems to have been upgraded, which was even more special. This is the perfect place because of location. It is not a luxury hotel, but the amenities are adequate if you are looking for a spot on the beach and close to everything to fulfill your stay, connecting with nature’s beauty.
