Entered room and found the A/C “OFF “. The room was 90degrees. The room did not begin to feel cool until 2am. I learned that this is a management decision. I brought this to the attention of the manager who only offered a lackluster apology. Many thanks to the night manager who gave up her personal fan to help more air in our room. The only thing cold was the breakfast that also tasted overly processed. The only high mark I can give this property is that room was exceptionally clean.

This was by far the best hotel. I’ve stayed in in Louisiana so quiet the staff is beyond polite, beautiful spirits. I just really enjoyed my stay.

Manager was unfriendly and lacked customer service. Bottom of shower curtain was covered in mold. Bugs and even a tick in the room. We were put in a smoking room and now all of our belongings smell.

Home town charm

Stay was good little miscommunication from reservation call number but resolved. Only thing is since it is pet friendly i didnt expect to see the entire hotel surrounded by holly bushes. They are poisonous to dogs if eaten, so juat keep your dogs from eating them and your good

Sad excuse for service

The attendant was asleep at the desk. Had to wake him to get coffee. Breakfast was cold eggs and sausage. The milk pitcher had a thick ring on the inside of dried milk. No one was thete to refresh anything. The washcl9ths were very soiled. We left to go next store to the waffle house to get breakfast, came back and our keycards were disabled. Thiscwas hours before checkout. No apologies at all!

Unplanned stay at the only place available served its purpose. It was clean and comfortable and appeared updated. Our room had minor issues that were not a deal breaker. It was a much needed surprise that the property was in great shape. I would stay again if needed.

I booked a handicapped accessible unit and upon my arrival the elevated was out of service and I was unable to have handicapped accessible room. The attendant at the front desk was most apologetic and accommodated with a room on the first floor very close to the entrance. Since we were staying one night, that worked. I noticed upon my check out, the elevator repair men were there to fix the elevator.
