The food was always great particularly the breakfast and came out wonderfully hot and on hot place which is so often an issue in other hotels. “We would have rated the Castle excellent if we had slept better, but having a room on the busy main road made that difficult…we could imagine that another back room was much quieter. But the atmosphere was nice and both dinner and breakfast freshly cooked and well-presented were all enjoyable.”
