Front desk gal was very friendly and sweet. Hotel was clean although the remote control for the tv was sticky and we had to clean that. The room was clean, just old and dated. The tv was so tiny we didn’t bother to watch anything. And the ceiling tiles over the shower in the bathroom were stained. Needs a fresh!

I loved the space in my room! It was like a small apt! It smelled musty upon entering, due to moist summer air. The pool (sadly) was green so we were unable to use it during our stay. The kitchen light didn't work, but we didn't need it for our short stay. The bath sink counter was glorious! The breakfast was hot and had a variety of foods.

The fancily is built on a hill and, therefore, the office is on a first floor and rooms are on both the first floor and ground floor. For anyone with mobility problems, it is difficult to navigate because of the slope of the parking. Also, the breakfast location is on the gourd floor nest to the pool. The pool looked uninviting because the water was green. Breakfast was quite good and varied. The staff was accommodating and very nice.

Clean room, helpful staff, GREEN ALGAE POOL. Pool maintenance non existent during our 5 day reservation. Pool got greener and greener. My vacation plans centered on pool availability for my family. I used Expedia to locate lodging with pool. If you don’t expect to use a pool, this place is acceptable. If you choose it because of pool, understand that the pool is maintained by an outside contractor who dropped the ball every day of our stay. I left a day early because of this, getting zero offer of compensation from hotel or Expedia.

You get what you pay for. Cheap price, substandard room. This property had high ratings so we were comfortable making a reservation here. Never again! Curtain rod was replaced but is hanging from the wall and where the previous rod and was patched and never painted. Bathmat was dirty, ceiling was dirty-how does THAT happen! Pool out of order for a week…
