Overall we had a wonderful stay! The lobby was very spacious and inviting with a fireplace and comfortable sofa and chairs and included a coffee bar that was available 24 hours. The rooms were very clean and had a cozy atmosphere. The temperature of the hot tub was perfect and the pool was very clean. I enjoyed very much the peace and quiet.

Loved- The hotel was close and convenient to our family members, restaurants, stores and activities. The big disappointment was there was no bar soap in our bathroom. We had to buy some at Dollar Tree. We stayed in the standard 2 queen bed room. Other family members that stayed in a suite had a bar soap. I have never stayed at a hotel where there I Was no soap to wash your hands.

We had the single queen with the jacuzzi bathtub in it so it was a double room. Lots of space, wood cabin feel, clean, kitchenette. LOVED this hotel! Cross Lake is a touristy town near other touristy towns. We found kayak rentals in Cross Lake and bike rentals in Nisswa and had a wonderful stay here. There’s a cafe and gift shop right next door.
