Vacations Close To Crosscut Mountain Sports Center

The room was clean. Little to know interaction with staff.

The restaurant experience was very disappointing: my pizza crust was burned, and I was ignored for over 20 minutes while the staff was busy on their phones. On top of that, having only one bathroom shared between three tipis—with 4 people in each—is completely impractical. That being said, the place itself is beautiful and the overall concept is great, but the service and basic amenities definitely need to step up to match what they charge.

My Place Hotel associates were kind, cheerful, and efficient.  Our room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable.  The air conditioner worked perfectly during the hot summer weather.  The layout and size of the room were just right:  no tripping over each other or our belongings.  We loved the convenience the kitchenette provided, from the microwave to the mid-size fridge/freezer with ice-maker.  The grounds were well kept and great for dog walks. Everything seemed quite clean.  One small exception was the tile floor, which was mostly clean. Despite our late arrival, not one of the staff seemed put-upon to check us in or out of our room, as sometimes happens elsewhere.  They were responsive and friendly. We appreciate the friendliness towards our pets as well, especially since we try to keep them clean and well behaved.
