Balcony was covered in bird poo and not usable. Triple room too small for a family of four. Quite expensive for what it was. Ground floor units look twice the size but weirdly less beds it seems. Could see how a ground floor unit with mooring would be amazing in summer if you have a boat, although the lake has limited beaches compared to Wanaka.

The room had a kitchen which when you can cook instead of paying for a meal out it, you don't the price of the room so much. Lovely out look. Offer the upgrade to spa unit, which was lovely. Great walking tracks.
