Staff were quite aggressive towards it's paying guests, certainly not customer friendly with the exception of the Breakfast waitress. I didn't really think that the hotel was 4 star, I've been it higher standard 2 star hotels. The breakfast was the best bit about the hotel.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the surroundings were just stunning. The property has so much charm and history, and it really felt more like staying in a friend's country home than a traditional hotel, which I absolutely loved. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel supported by professional staff

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel fascinating building which is impressive. Attention to detail at every level, we ate at the restaurant for two nights food was excellent as was the breakfast. The rooms are tasteful well appointed, comfy bed and excellent bathroom. Without exception every member of staff were friendly, attentive, polite and made us feel relaxed. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience I strongly recommend this hotel.

Loved hotel.

The staff were out standing, there was one member of staff that we thought had been there for a long time but he had only been there for 3 days he was wonderful with information, a nod to the chefs the food was fantastic, bus service to Cromer was good, would definitely recommend this hotel
