O quarto estava limpo e organizado! A recepção diz que é 24h o estacionamento e a recepção, mas eu fiquei para rua mais de 20 min aguardando alguém aparecer. Quase morri de medo, já que não conheço a região. Se voce precisar chegar depois das 22h sugiro pegar outro hotel!

Tem 2 estacionamentos. Um bem ao lado da entrada e outro no subsolo. Somente havia lugar no subsolo, que para acessar é preciso dar uma volta grande. Além disso é bem apertado, mesmo para carros pequenos. Menos mal que estava com carro pequeno. Fiquei em um quarto no quarto andar. Para acessar, vai de elevador até o terceiro e sobe um andar de escada. Menos mal que estava com somente uma mala pequena. Quarto ficava próximo à sala do motor do elevador. Muito barulhento. Como já estava muito cansado, consegui dormir. O quarto básico. TV antiga, roupa de cama desgastada, mas limpa. Quarto suficiente limpo. A exceção do box do banheiro, que merecia melhor trato. Percebe se que o prédio é antigo e a estrutura merece uma boa reforma. De uma forma geral a experiência não foi muito boa, mas talvez o preço justifique.

Fizemos o check in, ao entrar no quarto observamos o cheiro de mofo e o ar condicionado extremamente sujo, o filtro do ar estava entupido de tanto pó. Fomos na recepção e fomos trocados para outro quarto. O quarto seguinte, da mesma forma, cheirando a mofo. As roupas de cama tem aparência de suja. Acabamos optando por não passar a noite. As fotos do quarto não condizem com a realidade. As fotos parecem estar editadas pois não retrata as condições do quarto. Optamos por sair e com certeza não nos hospedaríamos novamente, perdemos a diária.

PESSIMO

Deixei um funcionário hospedado em um hotel, confiando nas fotos e na reputação da rede Tri Hotel. No entanto, o quarto estava fechado por um longo período e não recebia limpeza adequada, o que resultou em sérios problemas para o meu funcionário, que sofreu uma crise aguda de rinite e precisou ser levado ao hospital. Em resumo, a condição de limpeza foi extremamente insatisfatória. Espero que essa situação seja revista e que sejam tomadas providências para garantir a saúde e o conforto dos hóspedes.
