The hotel is old and in desperate need of a renovation. The room was clean and we were able to rest and resume our trip the next morning. Breakfast was sparse at best. If you're on a tight budget, this is it.

Caiu bastante a qualidade e variedade das opções do café da manhã, nos dois dias não tinha mamão, num deles o pão francês estava seco, a orelha de gato queimada, não houve reposição do queijo e os ovos mexidos não estava aprazível aos olhos. Longe do padrão de café de Chapecó, por exemplo.

A limpeza é boa. O que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã. Parece que o serviço é tercerizado. Por exemplo não adianta oferecer 3 , 4 tipos de bolos se são secos,duros.

Minha primeira experiencia não foi das melhores. Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 11:30. Entretanto, não fizeram meu check in, pois o hotel tem uma regra de que só pode ser feito a partir das 14:00. A justificativa era de que se fizessem o check in antes das 14:00 seria gerada mais uma diária. tenho mais de 40 anos viajando por todo o Brasil e também Europa e em momento algum tive este tipo de problema. Vale ressaltar que tinha compromisso profissional agendado as 14:00. Após varias reclamações aceitaram fazer o check in antes das 14:00. Fica o registro da minha insatisfação com o atendimento e com esta regra absurda, no meu ponto de vista. De ante mão posso afirmar que jamais irei me hospedar em qualquer hotel desta rede de hotéis novamente.
