What the pictures show about this property is not what I got. A cheap youth hostel would have been described as top deluxe compared with the room and the area of the hotel I got. In a word it was a shack. I would not recommend it to my enemy. I hope there is a place to add pictures or if you contact me by email I'll send them

Infelizmente nossa experiência foi um pouco frustrante, pois chegando tarde e o chuveiro não esquentava. Não conseguimos tomar banho. As cortinas black-out não fecham totalmente, então bem cedo entrava luz no quarto, o que também foi desconfortável. O café da manhã estava impecável, e todos os colaboradores foram muito gentis. A localização é excelente também.

O café da manhã foi a unica coisa se se salvou da estadia. Primeiro o ar condicionado não deu conta de nem sequer refrescar o quarto. Mudamos de quarto e então o ar parecia uma cachoeira, pingando o dia todo. O elevador pifou no sábado a noite, nós no setimo andar. Não recomendo o hotel Zata em Criciuma.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Nicht wie die anderen Hotels der Stadt an der meist befahrenen Durchgangsstrasse sondern in 3. Reihe dahinter. Dafür gleich neben einem 24 Stunden geöffnetem Lebensmittelladen, mit Bar, Tischen im Freien und Billard im 1.OG. Natürlich vor allem am Wochenende mit lauten Gästen bis in die Morgenstunden. Wählen Sie daher ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz oder im Annexbau nebenan. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für 2x Frühstücken. Hat von allem etwas aber halt nur eine kleine Auswahl. Z.B nur 1 Yoghurt, nur 1 Käsesorte, nur Schinken, nur 1 Cerealie. Sehr kleine Zimmer für 2 Personen trotz Superiorwahl. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, jedoch alt und könnte mal etwas renoviert werden.
