It was a spacious room with comfortable beds, nice linens and a clean bathroom. Did not interact with the staff in-person, so can’t comment but the email communication I received was clear. Others have complained about hallway noise, and it is true that everything in the hallways is heard in the rooms but was not an issue during our stay. Fair price.

We were very satisfied withe cleanliness of the property. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond for us during a large storm which took out the electricity in the entire area. They stayed open when many other hotels in the area didn’t. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely spot. We were driving around Scotland and the location was great. The beds were comfy. It's a great set up for people that are doing long walks (West Highland Way?)- drying room for gear, baths for long soaks, restaurants close by.

Pretty and welcoming

Excellent clean and friendly place. Comfortable bed, good quality furniture even a small fridge. Beautiful scenery and just along the road are places to eat, green welly shop, and fuel. I recommend the Ben Lui restaurant. Ask for a room away from the road.
