I liked the price and the room. It was perfect for two adults on a mountain biking vacation. The location was perfect for riding trail 401. I did not like that we were not allowed to keep our bikes inside the room. Bike storage was not convenient. Otherwise, the instructions were accurate and check in and check out was simple.

Room and property were clean. There aren't really staff to call with needs, but there are staff on site during office hours. We love the hot tub, plus slope side and public transit convenience at the Grand. Room included coffee but not creamer/sugar or other coffee amenities which was tough to plan for.

This was a great place to stay in Mount Crested Butte. The place itself was tidy and clean. It has a nice couch and TV area as well as a little kitchen area. The bed is also nice and comfortable. The host was very communicative and when there was one issue that popped up it got sorted out quickly and efficiently with good communication. I like that this place was not far from down town and was a nice place with easy access to trails and the downtown. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. The hot tub and pool area were also a great bonus after a day of hiking, and we appreciated the filtered water bottle filling stations throughout the lodge. The fridge was a little small, but not a big deal for our stay. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog, though I think it could feel a bit tight with four adults. One suggestion for the host would be to add some of these amenities to the listing description so future guests know what’s available. We’d definitely stay here again.

The unit is old and dated. The bed was hard and sheets were scratchy. There weren’t enough covers on the bed either. I liked this unit having a dog. Easy to get in and out.

We love the pool/spa area for after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. The cleanliness could be improved. The first one of us who took a shower found several long hairs still in the shower. Also, for a 4x person room would’ve appreciated regular sized silverware and not baby/kid forks.

The hotel is comfortable but very lived in, the proximity to the lifts compensates for the wear and tear on the amenities. They brag about no resort fee but you definitely miss out on some valuable services. The hotel will not hold your bags before or after check in so we couldn’t ski the half day we had planned coming in or going out. They will also not store your skis on premises, our United made arrangements with the local shop in town but no one was 100% sure where so we ended up having to store the birds in the room, which is frowned upon by th hotel. The location was awesome but the slight changes have made us start looking at a different hotel next time.

This was a horrible place to stay. Room was not maintenanced, shower head fell apart, no Ac and windows that wouldn’t open, broken chair, TV that wouldn’t work, locked out of our room twice and handicap bar fell off the wall. Very disappointing, go somewhere where there will be someone to help you. My husband and I were over the top frustrated.
