Vacations Close To Crescent Ranger Station

Definitely a budget hotel. No frills, well worn place. But clean and shower worked. Folks who manage hotel are nice. Not a bad neighborhood. My door lock was needing repair and tough to get open. Folks were noisy at 4 or 5 a.m. and woke me up. Managers led me to believe they may have been folks heading off to work.

Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was not swimmable and there is some maintenance to be done to the rooms. Overall ok though for a nights stay.

Checked in after 8:00 pm on a Friday night. Two staff members were working that night. Both very kind and helpful. We had dogs with us. I had booked the room on Expedia, however, the website did not reflect the current pet fee, they honored it anyway. The room was clean with basic amenities, which is all we needed. They put us in their alternative pet room since the others were booked. We toured the area for the day and ended coming back through Bend, so booked a room at the hotel again. The second room was more of a pet room, however it had partial carpet, where the other did not. I preferred there not being carpet. It was clean, but not AS clean as the first room we stayed in and the pet room only had a very small refrigerator, where the first room had a refrigerator twice as big, which was helpful. The pet area was close to the pet room, but be sure you bring your own potty bags. There was a kiosk, but no bags in it. The breakfast was okay, as far as a hotel breakfast goes.

Good location for downtown though not the safest or appealing. Easy access to rooms.

From start to finish my stay was great. Stayed over a week on business/leisure and loved everything about it, the grounds and golf course were beautiful the pools were clean and water was perfect! The cafe and restaurant were good and staff at both places were beyond nice. I spent the first couple days on the 1st floor and eventually moved to the 3rd floor which was a huge upgrade, rooms were so huge and clean, my patio had a great view of the golf course! I will stay here again and again.
