Close enough to important sites and museums we wanted to visit but far enough from crowds and congestion. Accommodations were superb and food was delicious. Staff was very attentive in a non-obstrusive way.

Beautiful hotel, however staff need training in service and managing guests. The front desk called my room as a complaint was made about my children walking around by the guests below, at 10am. It is no one’s fault if floor boards creak and I think this is a reasonable time for people to walk around. I am not sure quite what the staff wanted us to do, other than be still. Disappointing service. Does not make this a ‘family-friendly’ hotel.

A terrific hotel, really nice atmosphere, beautiful buildings. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been a bit better. It was ok but if you made coffee and cooked eggs or an omelette to order on top it would have been perfection. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked a table for dinner in the restaurant. We came, but had to wait because many people without reservation ate there. Just wait 20 minutes was the message they told us. No effort to try and fix it. After 45 minutes, we left because a table was still not available. Disopointed.

Old world charm with luxury and modern touches

Excellent hotel, feels like being in part of the French history yet luxurious and classic. Attention to detail was wonderful. If I had one small niggle it would be that we wished they would of provided a greater choice on the room service menu

This is our second stay at this beautiful property! We love it for the location and ease of travel from CDG as well as a great home base to explore all the villages and history in the area. The rooms are well done and unique, the staff is wonderful, and the food very good. We will stay here again and definitely recommend!
