We had a wonderful stay in the Golf Hotel. The room was very very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The entire property is very beautiful and well kept. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend to the hotel that they posted more and better pictures as I was very reluctant to make my reservations based on the pictures. There were no great photos of the Breakfast Buffet and I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised and would return at any time. The EV charging option is also a plus which I don't remember reading about. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. THANK YOU!

This could have been a good hotel, but…

I looks like their policy is to trick people to book a room with a low price and nice pictures of of pool and other facilities - and then charge extra for everything. They have a «pool access fee» wich adds one third to the room price. They add a pool towel fee on top of that. They tell you breakfast is included at check in, and then charge you for it afterwards. Stay away.

Poor experience in restaurant

Poor service in the restaurant. Reception recommended us booking a table due to our company was 8 persons in total. Booked table via the hotel reception, but the message had not been received in the restaurant and the waiter did not make us feel welcome and provided poor service the rest of the evening. Rest of the waiters provided great service! Would understand if restaurant was fully booked. But only 1/3 of restaurant tables were seated at all time… Small portvinsaus for the mains. Lamb course was only a mouthfull…

Personale cortese e super disponibile. In camera abbiamo trovato le uniche pecche. Un materasso completamente sfondato da un lato e una porta finestra rotta che non si chiudeva. Il nostro soggiorno è durato una sola notte e perciò non ho fatto presente la situazione. Se avessimo dovuto fermarci più a lungo avrei chiesto un cambio stanza. Check-in went smoothly. Room was very clean and the hotel is quiet. Please note that on Sundays, there is a charge to use the chairs by the swimming pool but it is free during the week. Sauna facilities are closed during the summer months.

I’d rate it 5 stars but there was a party at the pool with music playing loudly. When I called down to the front desk to inquire when the music will stop they said midnight. The desk clerk also said I wasn’t the only one complaining about it. Also the restaurant was closed for the same party which forced us to leave to find dinner. It wasn’t a welcoming thought since it took us 7 hours to drive to the hotel. However we did find a pizzeria close by which was delicious and fun. My recommendation is to request a room which faces the parking lot to avoid any parties that may be planned.
