Pas de climatisation

La climatisation annoncée n'était pas présente dans la chambre. L'hôtel m'a fourni un ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas (l'hélice ne cessait de se détacher). Dormir la fenêtre ouverte à 100 m de l'autoroute n'est pas très confortable. D'autant que la chambre orientée à l'est fait que l'on a le soleil dans les yeux dès 7h du matin.

Le rapport qualité /prix n est pas cohérent, des tarifs trop élevés. L aménagement de la chambre est à revoir vu les tarifs pratiqués !!! Pour le prix de la nuitée il pourrait y avoir une vraie salle de bain. Je connais des hôtels moins chers qui ont un meilleur aménagement !!. La table trop petite si on veut y travailler avec 1 ordinateur, ainsi que les tablettes de chevet. Petit déjeuner ok par rapport au prix ça reste correct.

Côté chambre, rien à dire, tout à fait correct pour la classe de l'établissement. Petit déjeuner correct aussi et personnel dévoué bien qu'il ait eu à faire face à un car de néerlandais qui n'avaient que peu à faire du personnel et des autres occupants de l'hôtel. Celui-ci n'est pas fait pour accueillir ce type de population qui devraient être cantonnés dans une pièce dédiée. Autre remarque, pendant 10 ans ou plus nous avions eu affaire à un couple qui savait entretenir des relations de confiance réciproque. Depuis 5 mois, nous avons vu défiler 3 entités de gérants, certes tous faisant de leur mieux mais volatiles puisqu'ils disparaissent comme ils sont venus. On regrette donc quand même Frédéric et sa compa

Une horreur ! Quand vous arrives à l’accueil après 12h le rideau est fermé. La machine à Check in automatique bug et vous avez 4 personnes en train de raler qui attendent enfin que quelqu un veuille bien répondre sur la ligne d urgence au téléphone. Un agent de sécurité arrive et nous affirme que la directrice de l’hôtel refuse systématiquement de répondre aux clients. Je ne m attarderai pas sur l’odeur des parties communes, des chambres et l insécurité des lieux. Aucun personnel dans l’hôtel et porte sans cesse ouverte avec du bruit tout au long du séjour. Aucune réponse de la directrice bien sûr pokr formuler une réclamation jusqu’à ce jour. Je vais signaler cet établissement au groupe ibis. Un vrai conseil, Passez votre chemin.

Plus jamais!

Nous devions arriver tard dans la nuit, nous avons voulu entrer en contact avec l établissement et ça a été impossible! Même hôtel.com a galéré! Bref,Nous avons Prévenu que nous arriverions tard dans la nuit et à aucun moment on nous a indiqué le code d’accès au parking. On ne nous a pas expliqué non plus qu’il y fallait récupérer et payer la réservation via une borne. Sauf que là avec notre numéro de réservation on nous a attribué une chambre de 2 personnes alors que nous étions trois tel que réalisé sur le site hôtel.com. L’état de la chambre est déplorable, des traces de sang sur les draps, des toiles d’araignée, des escaliers très sales! Un micro-ondes avec de la nourriture séchée. Ibis budget c’est une chose, ibis crado en est une autre! À éviter!! D’autres ibis budget déjà testé ailleurs sont parfaits mais celui de Creancey NON!!!
Sang sur les draps au niveau de la tête de lit! Sang frais car nous l’avons enlevé avec de l’eau froide et savonneuse
