What a gem. The hosts, the dogs, the cats and the chickens all made us feel so welcome. As for those chickens, they lay the most beautiful eggs for the morning breakfast. We had a great stay, so very relaxing, having a soak in the jetted hot tub, to the comfiest of beds. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice relaxing night away, and as like us it is ideal for a pre-flight stop over.

this was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Rich and Pail were excellent hosts and even picked us up/dropped us off at the local pub (that we'd intended on walking our dog to) as it was raining. Breakfast was probably the best I've had. Pitched as a luxury B&B and certainly fit the bill. Location is perfect

Stay@FL is a little oasis tucked away off a quiet country lane. Once through the electric gates and into the peaceful, well-kept garden, you instantly feel relaxed and calm. The rooms are lovely and equipped with everything you may need for your visit, and the bed is massive. The hosts are quietly in the background but totally accessible anytime for anything you may need. They are very informative and full of lovely recommendations for eating and local places to visit...nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property if you're visiting the area. Definitely 5 stars!

Rich was there to meet us as soon as we arrived, with a smile and handshake. The property is tucked away surrounded by woodland and is beautiful. The suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated and everything you could want is provided, from more pillows to a lovely coffee machine! Breakfast the next day is completely your choice and Rich went out of his way to get items that he didn't ordinarily have in stock.

This boutique property was a wonderful relaxing and refreshing way to end our vacation. Rich and Paul were inviting and made sure our stay was quiet and peaceful. After the hustle and bustle of a city stay. Opening the balcony on the loft and listening to the sounds of the countryside was so peaceful. I highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to few days away with no inviting hosts. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at FL whilst in the area for a friends Birthday. A really luxurious Bed and Breakfast with some really cool upgrades and personal touches. Rich was an excellent host from start to finish and we can’t wait to return in the summer. We’ve been telling all our friends and family about this place. Great location if you are flying in or out of Gatwick Airport.

Not the normal place we stay at, we prefer Hilton or something similar, but we were most definitely pleased with our choice of accommodation. The SatNav got us close and Rich who I'm going to assume is onebof the owners, called us just as we arrived on the lane and guided us in. The room was modern, clean and spacious. There was plenty of storage and the shower was great. My wife and I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was spot on. Gatwick airport is only a 15 minute drive away. We normally avoid independent accommodation, but after a stay here, if we fly from Gatwick again, we'll definitely be back. We'd love to have had a walk around the forest as there are some nice walks, but being winter, it was dark when we arrived. Thank you for a really nice stay and making us feel welcome and I hope you both have a wonderful Christmas.

We booked this stay for the day of our wedding. Things were running a bit late on the day so we arrived to check in late around 10.30pm. We hadn't eaten much during the day and the staff here went above and beyond, making some dinner for us even thought the restaurant was closed! The room itself was immaculate and the bathroom with the hot tub was great. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly laid eggs from hens that morning on the farm. Would highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for our annivarsary; If you want a real luxury experiance, in my opinion stay here. Amazingly helpful service from booking to exit and everything I between. The accommodation is amazing comfort, modern and cosy. A rare blend that just works! The wetroom and jacuzzi bath melts your aches away! The downstairs has a lounge with a warm log fireplace. The breakfast was simply devine. If you needed anything Paul and Rich provided it! As I said that in my opinion - if you want to have a real luxury, private experiance - stay here!

Highly recommend stay @fl. Rich and Paul were the perfect hosts, and the location is amazing - just ten mins from Gatwick. My niece and I were stranded at Gatwick after our flight was cancelled and rich and Paul were able to accommodate us at very short notice. We stayed in the courtyard suite in the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. We enjoyed drinks in front of the fire, and were absolutely blown away by the eggs that rich made for breakfast - at 5am, no less! We’re so looking forward to visiting again before it becomes mega popular and the prices go up!!

Our hosts were so friendly, and we felt so very welcomed! Serene and very private, this quaint bed and breakfast was perfect after a day of travels in London—just perfect!
Breakfast Nook area was so relaxing and the homemade breakfast was fresh and delicious!
View from the balcony in the evening and in the morning was breath-taking.
