It was ok! Very very strict about checking in on time, will charge if you even try to check in one minute early. I don’t recommend this area because it’s a business quarter not much food around to eat and it’s only businesses. The breakfast was decent.

We took the Metro bus from the airport and paid 3 pounds per adult. It would be good if the hotel provided more info on this service on their website such as bus numbers. There's lots of info at the hotel for going the other way. The duvet in the room was winter weight and far too warm for the time of year. Didn't seem to be able to turn the temperature down in the room so consequently kept waking up and was an uncomfortable night. On a plus side, restaurant very good and waitress Monica excellent.

The hotel was ok. The problem is they do not have enough staff hired. I booked with Expedia and I could not find anyone to assist me as I was unable to check in. Everything was self checkout and I required assistance because the booking reference required a check in code that only people who book directly on the site can obtain. I finally found a staff member after 10 minutes of waiting. Even the staff in the kitchen were understaffed. I did not bother eating at the restaurant and walked to the restaurant which was 10 minutes away. Overall the hotel is about a 3 out of 5. I would not stay there again.

We did not have breakfast, too expensive on top of room cost. Transport to and form the airport is frustrating. I would not choose this location again if travelling through Gatwick. Hotel is fine, transport is the issue.
