Staff was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were very clean and food at Casino Restaurant was very good. Hot tub jets were not working but was still very relaxing to sit in. Your WiFi was the only problem, delays & reboots frustrating.

Didn't play golf but course looked beautiful. I had a one night stay as a stop over for long drive to Alberta. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and steam room. TV in room had issues streaming. It kept buffering. Enjoyed the in room coffee.

We liked the charm . I was there years ago and since I was just having a short stay and wasn’t going to be golfing. I booked there to play some cards at the casino, but they took all the card games out, a little disappointed in that . everything else was great from food , staff the place is clean.

The air conditioning/ heating unit was very noisy. The TV reception on our first day wasn’t very good but better on our second day. Shower worked pretty well but located in the bath tub. Otherwise the room was clean and didn’t smell.

The resort was perfect for us, we were attending the Black Spur Ultra in Kimberley. The location was great, a short drive to the event and it was quiet which it wouldn't have been closer to the event. We appreciated the quiet plus the sauna, hot tub and pool for the day after. The restaurant, Numa, was excellent, food was amazing, the staff were great and the venue was lovely. The room was comfortable, a little dated but not a problem, and the rate was really reasonable.

If ypu have to go to Cranbrook. This is the best place to stay. Even if you dont have to go, it is still good for a quiet retreat. Guests should explore the history of residential 'schooling' and aborigginal and colonial history , the cutural and actual genocide , while there. There are plenty of activities including swimming and pickleball as well as golf. The ambience is great

The room was nicely renovated and spacious. Beds were a bit hard but the room was clean and bright. Had a time with the tv's they were having a hard time connecting to Netflix or connecting at all. Large nice tv's though if they worked better.

St. Eugene’s was an exceptionally beautiful property. The history of the building and lands was beautifully displayed. We were fortunate to stay in the old hotel and absolutely enjoyed it. We dined at all three restaurants and were very happy with each experience. We highly recommend staying at St. Eugene’s.
