The staff was very nice room was decent but the one downside was the pool which was the reason we booked this place. But the pool has been down for a while apparently so that was unfortunate.

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work and the room smelt musty like it had gotten wet at some point, We were able to get a different room, the air conditioning worked great and there was a slight musty smell but not as bad as the first room

Rooms was clean and had everything we needed. Having Dennys attached to the hotel was incredible convenient with them being open all hours and serving something for everyone, we had dinner and breakfast there and everyone enjoyed the food and the staff there were great also. Great location just minutes away from where we needed to be and close to anything you could need in Cranbrook. Would definately stay at this Sandman again for the great location and easy access to food at the Dennys.
