The hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the downtown Cranbrook area. Our room was clean and well appointed. The air conditioning system was excellent keeping the room nice and cool considering temperatures outside were in excess of 30 C during our stay. The floor we stayed on was very quiet which we much appreciated. We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and would highly recommend it.

The room was clean and staff were very nice. But overall this hotel is very overpriced for what you get. The bathroom was the nicest part. It’s just a bit outdated and run down overall. But as far as the other choices I saw in Cranbrook this was probably the nicest.

The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. I have never experienced such soft and fluffy towels as well. Breakfast in the dining room was delicious. I would VERY highly recommend this destination.

Beautiful hotel and we stayed in a gorgeous room that was decoratedly beautifully and had lots of room. There is a restaurant and a pub at the hotel, but we were not able to get into the restaurant, so had dinner at the pub. There are two things that hampered our stay somewhat. There seems to be very little insulation between floors, and we could hear kids running up and down the halls on the floor above us at 10:30 p.m. at night. Same thing the next morning - kids running up and down the hallway on our floor. I know that's not the hotels fault, but it is important to know if you are expecting a quiet night. Second odd thing was when we tried to go for dinner in the restaurant, we were told they could seat us but we would need to wait an hour for food. I know sometimes this can be due to lack of staff, but it did seem odd, because in the pub next door, we got food within 15 minutes - same kitchen!

Everything about this hotel was great. Staff was very accommodating. I got a nice quiet room, clean spacious. They have a café and two restaurants. Pool and hot tub. An amazing 10 out of 10 gym that I was very impressed by. In fact, it’s an athletic club that I think is open to members in the community. That’s OK. It was big spacious. I had lots of equipment so to me it made sense. Only complaint it’s on the edge of a commercial industry part of Cranbrook and an edge of what would be you’re more rural wildlife. There are train tracks behind the hotel. We didn’t hear the train but I think we felt the train. And outside the pool it’s a disgusting abandoned train, but maybe that just goes with the theme of Cranbrook.

Great pool & hot tub. Room was good besides the carpet, a huge wave in the middle of the room. My husband said be careful right after I tripped on it. Next day, husband went to get coffee at the lobby, no lids for the coffee cups. He went back down to get a 2nd cup of coffee and everything (coffee, sugar etc) disappeared by 7:00am! Coffee in the room was undrinkable, nasty.
