Although this property is older it is very well kept. Staff were amazing. Clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds. We stayed here as it was pet friendly. Perfect location and walkable to downtown.

Staff were great at checkin, hot tub felt great after 700kms on the motorcycle. Breakfast was great and morning staff were helpful. I forgot to bring a phone charger and the desk staff obligingly charged my phone in the office for me. Fantastic staff and hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

Front desk staff was very helpful. We were on top of the pub that played loud music but they did move us to another room which helped. The hotel was a little older and dark but overall, it served our needs. The rooms were clean, parking was easy and breakfast was decent.

Check in went very well. The staff was super helpful when I had an issue setting up wifi. The room was beautiful. All the custom made furniture was outstanding. We loved that there was one sink in the kitchen area and another in the bathroom. The complimentary hot breakfast was a full buffet. We liked the hotel so much we’re are staying here on our return trip home.

The pool area was so well stocked with comfortable chairs, sofas and cushions. The pools were very clean and nice. The staff was so very friendly and the breakfast was a full brunch, which also was excellent. A very nice place to stay in Fernie.
