Ran out of water a lot of the time so cold showers, breakfast was mediocre and long lines for waffles or pancakes the only good things, staff seemed to disregard that there was a bug in the pancakes machine. Restaurant was great service, but 2 plates had to send back as super bland. Pool was great!

Beautiful property. River view was amazing. Pool looked great but we didnt use it. Elevators wasn’t working but the staff made our accessible needs work. The restaurant was good. The shrimp dish was awesome! The breakfast included hot items and it was very good. We would definately stay again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, however the elevator was not working and the hot water took time to get warm every evening. On the plus side, the restaurant in the hotel was absolutely fabulous! We travel a lot and The Riverview Bar and Grill had the best food we have ever tasted! We highly recommend stopping in for a meal. You will not be disappointed!

All was very satisfactory. The beds are very comfortable. We arrived at the restaurant just at closing looking for a drink and they allowed us to stay extra time rather than sending us away. Breakfast was very substantial!
