“Excelente hotel, todo nuevo, excelente servicio”

“We loved the room leading directly to the patio overlooking the water. Wished there was more to do there.”

“The room was advertised to have a private hot tub--not! It was a restricted-access, scheduled-use hot tub--no thanks. The room was small, with quirky heating and cooling systems. A vanity in the bathroom was provided as the only clothing storage solution, although there were hooks on the wall for hanging clothes. If you were housed in their annex (I would call it), you had to carry your belongings from the parking lot across the lawn and then scale a small grass-covered slope and step up...

“Rooms were in need of up keep, under cupboard microwave was covered with grease from stove top. no light in kitchen area. Mattresses slip off platform bed. nearest ice maker broke. Had to make ice in ice trays in fridge,. Pictures are decieving be aware....”

“Cucarachas, baño sucio La limpieza es pésima Necesita remodelación ”

“Muy sucio....manchas en la cortina de baño como de sangre...”
