We inadvertently left items in the closet of our room. That same day I used the text to contact Hotel Teatro, but they sent me a link instead. I did use the link to inform their "lost and found" to get our items returned. They returned my text letting me know I had to go to a different website to provide information on room number and where the items were left. However, I did not hear from them and two days later, I texted them again. At that time, they did correspond letting me know they found the items and I was able to pick up the items on our return to Denver. The staff was very cordial that day, but that was a lot of trouble to make sure the website respond timely.
In addition, $67 is exorbitant for overnight parking when you are already paying a $30 amenity fee.

We tried to check in at 4:00pm and there was no one in the office to check in. Several young employees were walking back and fourth trying to clean the rooms. This was our 40th Anniversary we were looking forward to this small get away. There was about 6 people also waiting out front to check in. The restaurant was closed also . We finally went to office door and it was unlcoked but no one came out to let us know . There was young man on the phone. We all finally went in and it took almost an hour to let us us know that the rooms were not ready. I understand things happen but then we finally got our room at 6:00pm. We would of understood if someone informed us two hours before what was the hold up and then we could of went somewhere. No communication at all! We then went to have dinner and drinks at the restaurant and there was 4 employees working and not one employee came over. We finally walked out after 20 minutes. There was three employees and one was on his phone and totally ignored my husband when he went up to the bar to order us drinks. The office man gave us two free drinks coupons when we checked in and we never even got to use. We drove down to a casino for dinner at 8:00pm. The room was clean and nice but the communication was horrible and hard to be positive when no one would talk to us. It is a nice place but they need to practice what is promised on the Nest Sight.
